You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant Creem a license to process and store your images for service provision.

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. All payments are final. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Creem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
